Bandy and the Bundle He Was Afraid to Hold
Bandy loved his cozy little loop so much he was afraid to stretch even once, sure it would change him forever. A gentle bedtime story about letting growth pull you wide without ever losing your true shape. For every little one who is scared of growing past what feels safe.
Bandy loved his cozy relaxed loop. He was afraid to stretch at all. Stretching might pull him out of shape.
A bundle of pencils slid apart nearby. They rolled loose across the desk. Bandy wanted to help hold them.
But he was too afraid to stretch. Then a favorite pencil neared the edge. Bandy stretched wide for the very first time.
He wrapped snug around the whole bundle. The stretch did not break him at all. He relaxed softly back to his own shape.
Now Bandy holds the pencils, proud and whole.
